What we collect

• Your name, email address, and billing data (processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers).
• The ASIN and Amazon listing URL you submit via our intake form.
• Any optional context, screenshots, or notes you provide for the audit.
• Anonymized site analytics (page visits, referrer, approximate country) via our internal logging.

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your audit report.
• To contact you if we need clarification during the audit.
• To send your completed PDF report and any follow-ups about that specific audit.
• To improve our service anonymously (aggregate patterns only — never your identifiable data).

What we DON'T do

• We do not sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• We do not add you to marketing lists without explicit opt-in.
• We do not share your ASIN, report, or intake details with third parties.
• We do not track you across other websites.

Third-party processors

We rely on: Stripe (payment processing; PCI-DSS Level 1), Cloudflare (DNS and edge delivery), our own VPS (hosting). That's it.

Data retention

Audit intake data and your report are retained for 90 days after delivery, then permanently deleted. Order records (email, tier, amount) are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Site visit logs are retained for 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Under GDPR/CCPA, you have the right to data portability and objection to processing. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session identification for checkout, reduced-motion preferences). No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
