1. The service

Seller Auditor (operated by FlowAutomate LLC, a Washington State limited liability company) provides written PDF audit reports analyzing publicly available Amazon product listing data. Each report is a one-time deliverable. We are not an agency, and we do not implement changes on your behalf.

2. Scope and limitations

We make no guarantees regarding revenue increases, keyword rankings, sales, or Amazon account outcomes. Past or example metrics do not predict your results.

3. Refund policy — The Found-Money Guarantee

If you genuinely cannot identify at least one actionable recommendation in your report worth more than the audit price, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days. One refund per customer per lifetime to prevent abuse. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support forfeit this guarantee.
